  • The client has made a reasonable attempt to engage with or use the service


3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The 30-day refund period has passed

  • The service has been fully delivered or completed

  • Results were not achieved due to lack of participation, effort, or implementation

  • Access to digital platforms, portals, or materials has been abused or violated terms

  • The request is made in bad faith or violates our Terms of Service


4. How to Request a Refund

  • Proof of purchase

  • A brief explanation of why you are requesting the refund

5. Refund Processing

  • Any transaction or processing fees are non-refundable


6. Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

  • A portion of the service has already been delivered

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

This Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy outlines the terms for canceling or rescheduling services provided by Next Step Growth Team (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

By purchasing or booking services with us, you agree to the terms below.


1. Appointments & Scheduled Services

This policy applies to all scheduled services, including but not limited to:

  • Coaching calls

  • Consulting sessions

  • Strategy meetings

  • Ongoing service retainers

  • Accountability or support-based services


2. Cancellation by Client

Clients may cancel scheduled sessions by providing at least 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled appointment time.

Cancellations made with proper notice will not be penalized and may be:

  • Rescheduled, or

  • Credited toward a future session (if applicable)


3. Late Cancellations & No-Shows

If a client:

  • Cancels with less than 24 hours’ notice, or

  • Does not show up to a scheduled session

The session will be considered forfeited and non-refundable.

No-shows will not be rescheduled or credited.


4. Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule sessions with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability.

Rescheduled sessions must take place within a reasonable timeframe, as determined by Next Step Growth Team.


5. Ongoing Services & Subscriptions (If Applicable)

For ongoing services, retainers, or subscriptions:

  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing to info@nextstepgrowthteam.com

  • Cancellation requests must be received before the next billing cycle

  • Charges already processed are non-refundable, subject to our Refund Policy

Access to services, portals, or materials may be revoked upon cancellation.


6. Company-Initiated Cancellations

In the event that Next Step Growth Team must cancel or reschedule a session:

  • The client will be offered a reschedule, or

  • A credit toward a future session

We are not responsible for cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., technical issues, emergencies).


7. Refunds

All refunds are subject to our Refund Policy, including the 30-day money-back guarantee, and eligibility requirements outlined therein.
