How the Revenue Share Works

When a client closes a deal that can be directly attributed to our ad campaigns, through lead tracking and attribution data, NSGT takes 0.1 percent of the sale price.

On a $400,000 home that is $400. On a $600,000 home that is $600. This comes out of your commission only after you have been paid.

If our campaigns do not help you close a deal you pay nothing extra. Same monthly rate as the Growth package. We are fully aligned, we win when you win and we do not win until you do.
